Is the shipping free?
If your order is more than 100 USD, we offer free standard delivery, and express delivery for 5 USD. If your order is less than 100 USD, standard delivery is 7 USD, and express delivery is 15 USD.
VAT & import fees (outside EU)
Please note, that if you purchase from outside EU, prices are ex. VAT, you therefore may have to pay import taxes according to the laws of that specific country. This is handled by the shipping company and your national customs authority. Please check with your regional customs authority for more information about import fees.
When will i receive my item?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day.
Denmark: Delivery time in Denmark is usually 1-2 business days.
EU: Delivery usually 2-3 business days.
Worldwide: Delivery time is usually 5-7 business days, unless you upgrade to express shipping, then it is 3-4 business days.
You can always follow your order status with the tracking number that you receive when the order is shipped.
*We reserve the right not to deliver in the case that our stock level was incorrect at the time we received the order. If we should be unable to deliver the order, or parts of it, we will contact you by e-mail or phone, and you will have the opportunity to cancel the order.
Can i change or return my item?
If you want to change a product into another model, strap color etc., please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately.
You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned together with the product without having been tampered with. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.
In case of returns or exchange of goods please contact us at email@example.com to receive a prepaid return label. Please note that we only offer free return on watches. For the return of straps only we will charge $20, which will be deducted from your payout. Otherwise you can choose to return the items by using a local courier.

What payment methods do you offer?
We accept the following credit cards:
- Visa Electron
- Paypal (extra 3% fee)
- Apple Pay
The amount will be deducted from your account when the purchased item(s) leaves our stock. Prices are included Danish VAT. Unless you are from countries where you do not have to pay Danish VAT such as NO, US or AE, then the prices will be shown excluding VAT.
Does my watch have warranty?
Yes, we give 2 years warranty against defects.
How do i change the strap?
All our straps (except 3-Links and 5-Links) fit each model of our quartz watches. We offer interchangeable straps, and you can therefore change them by hand in seconds without any tools. You can see our interchangeable strap guide in our online shop www.olivergreen.com under each strap that we offer.
Can i order a watch with another strap than the one in your online shop?
When you buy a watch, you choose a strap between a collection of standard straps. However you can always buy an additional one from our great variety of straps.

As your watches are individually numbered on the caseback, can i choose which number i want on my watch?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
How can i know about your future collections or other news?
You can always sign up for our newsletter on www.olivergreen.com to get the latest news on our collections, release dates, practical information concerning our watches and their care, etc.
